We offer a multitude of services including system consultation, hardware sales, software design, software programming, debugging, existing software support and training. Custom Programming/Non-Contract support: (Mon-Fri 9:00am to 5:00pm EST) $ 120.00/hour (billed in 15 minute increments) Non-Contract support: (after normal hours) $ 240.00/hour (billed in 15 minute increments) On-Site Training: $ 500.00/day + expenses (up to 8 hours including travel time) Per-job Rates also Available Discount Rates available for larger jobs
DARTS Support Contracts Gold support includes software patches and telephone support for DARTS products during normal business hours (Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm EST). Platinum support includes software upgrades (as released), software patches and telephone support for DARTS products during normal business hours (Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm EST). Support does not cover custom programming, malfunctions due to hardware failure, malfunctions due to lack of routine software maintenance, or operator errors.
Includes minor updates, discounts on major upgrades, patches, technical tips, bulletin board access, media replacement, and telephone support during normal business hours.
