Custom Programming/Non-Contract support: (Mon-Fri 9:00am to 5:00pm EST)
$ 120.00/hour (billed in 15 minute increments)
Non-Contract support: (after normal hours)
$ 240.00/hour (billed in 15 minute increments)
On-Site Training:
$ 500.00/day + expenses (up to 8 hours including travel time)

DARTS Support Contracts
Gold support includes software patches and telephone support for DARTS products during normal business hours (Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm EST).
Platinum support includes software upgrades (as released), software patches and telephone support for DARTS products during normal business hours (Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm EST).
Support does not cover custom programming, malfunctions due to hardware failure, malfunctions due to lack of routine software maintenance, or operator errors.
Retail POS Version (Gold) $ 70.00/month ($ 700.00/year, if paid annual)
Raining Data Support Contracts
Includes minor updates, discounts on major upgrades, patches, technical tips, bulletin board access, media replacement, and telephone support during normal business hours.
